Hi, I’m Juan.

Why new construction
A lot of the homes being built in Las Cruces right now are on the east side and in the northeast, and buyers walking into a model home alone are talking to the builder’s team. I like being the person on the buyer’s side of that table: reading the incentive sheet, the lot premium and the contract before anything is signed.
